A meandering tumbled paver walkway connects the driveway to the new front stoop. A semi-circular landing with concentric steps replaces steep steps at the front door. New plantings along the front of the home and walkway add curb appeal.
A series of multilevel pads and walkways of various materials were replaced by a gently sloping, tumbled paver walkway that connects the pool deck to the new back stoop. An intersecting walkway leads to a separate patio area designed to be covered later by a pergola. A bed of low growing flowering shrubs and perennials line the edge of the pool deck to provide color and attract birds and butterflies. Raised planters at the corners frame the view of the woods. These plantings also create a foreground for the woods when viewed from the basement family room windows.
